Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using the services provided by Spa Bali Moon ("we," "our," "the spa"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Spa Bali Moon provides traditional massage, spa, and beauty treatments in Seminyak, Bali. Services are available at our spa location and as home/outcall services to hotels, villas, and private residences in the surrounding area.

3. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are made via WhatsApp or our online contact form. A booking is confirmed only upon receiving written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to therapist availability, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking. An additional outcall fee of IDR 75,000 per therapist applies to home/hotel service in Seminyak and surrounding areas.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash (IDR), Visa, and Mastercard. No advance payment or deposit is required for standard bookings.

6. Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 1 hour notice for in-spa cancellations and as early as possible for home service cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows for home service bookings may result in a cancellation fee to cover therapist travel costs.

7. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or contraindications prior to treatment. Spa Bali Moon reserves the right to decline a treatment if it deems the service unsafe for the client. Treatments are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our therapists with respect. Inappropriate conduct, sexual harassment, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate termination of the service and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Liability

Spa Bali Moon is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from treatments where the client failed to disclose relevant medical information. We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during a visit.

10. Privacy

Client information collected during the booking process is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Indonesia.
