How far in advance do I need to book? +
We recommend booking at least 2–3 hours in advance to ensure therapist availability. For same-day bookings, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is home service available outside Seminyak? +
Yes, our home/outcall service covers Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Oberoi, Petitenget, and nearby areas. An additional fee of IDR 75,000 per therapist applies. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location.
Do I need to prepare anything for a home visit? +
For a home service visit, please have a bed or mat available and some towels. Our therapists will bring all necessary equipment, oils, and supplies.
Can I customize a package? +
Absolutely! All packages are flexible and can be customized. Just let us know your preferences when you book and we will create a personalized treatment plan for you.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept cash (IDR), Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is made directly to the therapist at the time of service. No deposit required.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. For home service, please inform us as early as possible.
